A Call for Expressions of Interest: Atlantic Fellows Founders and Senior Leaders Peer Group
Are you interested in joining a cross-program group for Atlantic Fellows who hold leadership positions in organizations working to create social impact?
The Atlantic Institute is exploring the creation of a peer group for Fellows leading NGOs, social enterprises and other organizations working for social impact. The aim is to bring together Fellows navigating the opportunities and challenges of organizational leadership to learn from each other, share experiences and build a supportive peer community.
We are particularly interested in hearing from Fellows who are:
At the senior level of an NGO, social enterprise or other type of organization working for social impact, e.g., founder, executive director, CEO or equivalent senior leader.
Part of a leadership team and are committed to developing leadership capacity across their organization.
We plan to convene an initial online meeting in August to explore interests, priorities and the kinds of support that would be most valuable. This conversation will help shape the group's future direction and inform the design of leadership development opportunities for founders and senior leaders within the Atlantic Fellows community.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Please register your interest HERE, with a brief introduction to your organization, your role and why you would like to participate, by July 27.
We look forward to bringing together a community of Fellows dedicated to strengthening their organizations while learning from and supporting one another.
