Meet Ha Nguyen, our new team coordinator for convenings

Ha Nguyen has joined the Atlantic Institute as a team coordinator for convenings to offer support for events while Shanjitha Rajasingam is on parental leave. Originally from Viet Nam, Ha has over six years of experience working in the events and hotel industry after earning a master's degree in international events management from Leeds Beckett University.

Ha has skills in bringing conferences and social events to fruition and also has a passion for promoting health, fairness and social justice. She views each Atlantic Institute event as an opportunity to raise awareness about health disparities, advocate for marginalized communities and foster connections that drive positive change.

Beyond her professional duties, Ha actively engages in initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes and promoting equity within her community. Whether volunteering locally or organizing fundraisers for children's health care in Africa, mental health support for parents, or participating in advocacy campaigns in Viet Nam, Ha says she is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
