The Institute launches Atlantic Fellows-in-Residence programs

Published on November 15, 2022

The Atlantic Institute is delighted to announce a new offering, the Atlantic Fellows-in-Residence program, to be piloted in May and June 2023. The first two Atlantic Fellows-in-Residence opportunities will be for two programs in Oxford.

The primary purpose will be to draw exceptional and experienced members of the Atlantic community (i.e. Fellows, program staff and board members) at a pivotal point in their life journey. It will offer you a collective program for inspiration and peer support to help strengthen and develop your work and your understanding of inequities at a global and multisectoral level.

The Fellows-in-Residence will offer:

●    Space for lifelong learning and deeper reflection with others.
●    The right conditions for you as Fellows/staff to explore your curiosity as a group.
●    To draw on the ‘edge effect’: by which two ecosystems meet to create a ‘biodiversity’ of thinking and action.
●    To create space for deeper collective reflection with others.
●    To support those of you struggling with burnout and ‘sacrifice syndrome’.

The Fellows-in-Residence Bespoke Program

This will take place between May 16 and May 26, 2023, and will be based at a property recently purchased by the Institute, 3 Norham Gardens, Oxford.
This program aims to support your journey as a leader and provide new avenues to inspire you. As a participant, the Atlantic Institute team will help you develop your own bespoke itinerary and a shared curriculum with other Fellows/staff.
