Interested in spending time with another Atlantic Fellows program for up to two weeks?

Within the Atlantic community, staff exchanges can be used to learn and support one another across different geographies, cultures and sectors. Leadership shadowing is also an opportunity for self-development and helps develop a new generation of leaders, creating the conditions for succession in the longer term.

The Institute will help organize your exchange which can be up to two weeks.  One staff member from each program will be considered in each calendar year (July - June). You will need to have at least one year of working for your own program before applying for an exchange.

Staff members who enter into an exchange with another program will be expected to ‘shadow’ a counterpart (i.e. attend all meetings and spend extended time with them) or embed themselves into a program for a set period (e.g., during the design of a module or over a “recruitment week”).

The Institute will cover all travel costs related to the exchange and provide a small stipend for incidentals and meals. What are you waiting for? Apply now!
